Royalty-Free does not imply that the production music that you are purchasing is free. What it means is that the production music recordings that you are licensing with us are free of any future royalties generated by the sale and distribution of your production to the music makers, in this case, Almalibrestudios.com. In other words, there are no extra hidden fees or royalties that will be owed to Almalibrestudios.com once your production starts to generate income.
All of the production music available for licensing at Almalibrestudios.com is royalty-free.
No. This is strictly prohibited. The music available for licensing at Almalibrestudios.com falls under the category of Production Music which is strictly intended to be used as background music only. It is licensed only for synchronization purposes in multimedia projects such as for TV broadcasts, Games, Films, Documentaries, Corporate Videos, etc.
You are allowed, however, to record your own voice or add an instrument to the music as long as it is part of a narrative nature where the music would serve the purpose of background music only and not an actual song (ie, audiobooks, self-therapy guidance, training audio, etc).
Yes, you may alter the music anyway that you see fit for your own project including remixing or rearranging parts of the song. However, the copyright and publishing of the music will always belong to Almalibrestudios.com.
The file format shall remain the same for both Standard and Premium licenses. Your downloaded zip file will contain a high-quality .mp3 file (320kb) as well as a high-quality .wav file.
In the case of Exclusive licensing, you will receive all of the individual tracks or stems that make up the composition in .wav format as well as a full stereo mix of the song in both .wav and .mp3.
– Yes. When you are directed to PayPal during your purchase, you are given the option of becoming a member of PayPal OR continuing as a guest. Choose to continue as a guest and then enter your card info.
Almalibrestudios.com does not grant any refunds on digital products once they’ve been downloaded. However, we can grant a full refund providing one (or more) of the following conditions are met:
• Your bank account / PayPal account was illegally charged (fraud).
• There was a technical error from our part which prevented us from delivering the product to the customer within 48 hours from the time of purchase. At that point, we will consider other available options to deliver the already purchased product to the customer. If all of our options fail then a full refund will be granted.
(Please allow up to 30 business days from the refund claim date for the money to be fully refunded to your account).
Absolutely not. Almalibrestudios.com does not share information with anyone including third-party vendors. Your private information shall remain private with us for perpetuity. From time to time you may receive an email from us offering discounted coupons for being a previous customer. However, you can unsubscribe from them immediately.
Standard (Non-Exclusive) License Agreement
The short of it:
With a Standard License, you can use the song for any non-commercial project as long as you do not resell, repack or redistribute the song. We retain the copyright and publishing rights as well as the right to license the same music to other clients.

A Standard (Non-Exclusive) License is an agreement that grants you the right to purchase music produced at Almalibrestudios.com for non-commercial use without having to pay any royalties to the music creators. You may use the music in combination with other music or sounds in music production. However, Almalibrestudios.com retains the authoring, publishing and composition rights to the music. In other words, when you purchase a song with a Standard (Non-Exclusive) License you are “leasing” the right to use the music in your productions.
You may not, however, under any circumstances, resell the music as royalty-free stock music, redistribute or re-package the music. You may not sell or market the music as your own even if you have re-arranged or remixed it, added your voice or other intstruments to the music. You also may not sing or play an instrument over the music and sell or distribute it as part of your album or single. This is strictly “Production Music” intended for use as background music only.
You may sell up to 1,000 units until you need to obtain a Premium License Agreement. Furthermore, a Standard License agreement gives Almalibrestudios.com the right to license the same song to other Artists and Producers.
What is included with a Non-Exclusive Licensing Agreement?
After your transaction has been finalized a link(s) to your purchased download(s) will appear on your receipt page. The download, which comes as a zipped file, includes:
- The full mix of the song in high-quality .mp3 (320kbs) format.
- The full mix of the song in high-quality .wav format.
- A pdf file of the Standard Licensing Agreement from Almalibrestudios.com for your records.
Premium (Non-Exclusive) License Agreement

With a Premium License, you can use the song for any commercial project as long as you do not resell, repack or redistribute the song. We retain the copyright and publishing rights as well as the right to sell the same music to other clients.

You may use the music in combination with other music or sounds in music production. However, Almalibrestudios.com retains the authoring, publishing and composition rights to the music. In other words, when you purchase a song with a Premium (Non-Exclusive) License you are “leasing” the right to use the music in your productions.

Exclusive License Agreement
The short of it:
An Exclusive License Agreement is exactly the same as a Premium License in every way. In addition to the benefits of a Premium License, you also obtain all of the separated tracks or “stems” that make up the composition you are licensing. Once you purchase an Exclusive license the music that you licensed gets removed from our database and becomes unavailable to be licensed to anyone else again. Reselling, repacking or redistributing any of the individual tracks is strictly prohibited.
What is included with an Exclusive Licensing Agreement?
After your transaction has been finalized a link(s) to your purchased download(s) will appear on your receipt page. The download, which comes as a zipped file, includes:
- The full mix of the song in .wav (24bit/48khz) format.
- The full mix of the song in high-quality .mp3 (320kbs) format.
- The separated instrument tracks (stems) that make up the full song (full mix version) in .wav format.
- A pdf file of the Exclusive Licensing Agreement from Almalibrestudios.com for your records.
